Deposit Rewards
I am a new customer. How can I earn a cash reward?
You can earn a cash reward by depositing funds or transferring securities into your BBAE account during the promotional period. You may use your cash rewards to purchase your favorite stocks, ETFs, or option contracts. Your cash reward will automatically be credited to your brokerage account within two business days after your deposit or transfer has fully settled.
How long is the promotional period for deposit rewards?
The cash reward is valid for 90 days from the date of issuance. Please note that the reward will no longer be valid once it expires. To take advantage of this promotional opportunity, be sure to deposit and redeem within the specified period.
How is my cash reward determined?
During the reward’s promotional period, you can make multiple deposits or transfers from other brokerage accounts. Once the cumulative net deposit amount meets the thresholds shown below, you will receive up to a $400 cash reward. For example, if you make 5 deposits totaling $50,000, you will earn a $200 cash reward at the end of the 90-day period.

How do I redeem my cash reward?
There is no limit to the number of times you can deposit and redeem the cash reward within the promotional period. However, please note that once you have redeemed the maximum reward value, it is considered fully utilized and cannot be used for additional redemptions.
How is my cash reward distributed?
Successfully earned rewards will be automatically credited to your BBAE account within 2 business days after your deposit fully settles. Please note that there may be delays in reward distribution due to the bank settlement process. We appreciate your patience.
Where can I see my cash reward?
Locate your cash rewards by going to the Account section in the BBAE app and selecting Rewards. Here, you can view your available, expired, and used rewards, and find an option to redeem them. As mentioned earlier, your reward will automatically be credited to your BBAE account within two business days after your deposit has been fully settled.
Are there any restrictions on how I use my cash reward?
The cash reward is applicable for the purchase of stocks, options, and ETFs. It’s essential to understand that the cash value of the reward cannot be withdrawn or transferred within the initial 60 days. Once this period ends, you will have complete ownership of the reward, allowing you to use it as you see fit.
Are there any restrictions on withdrawing my cash reward?
If you initiate a withdrawal within 60 days of receiving the reward, the net deposit amount and corresponding reward thresholds will be recalculated. BBAE reserves the right to recall the difference between the received reward and the current eligible reward based on net deposits. If there isn’t enough cash in your account to cover the recalled amount, BBAE reserves the right to liquidate your positions to reclaim the reward.
Referral Rewards
What is the BBAE referral rewards program?
The BBAE referral rewards program is an opportunity to earn a cash reward by inviting your friends to join the BBAE app. Here are some important notes about the program:
- To be eligible for this reward, you must have a BBAE account, and your referred friend must open an account with BBAE and make a minimum deposit or transfer of at least $2,500.
- The initial deposit or transfer must be made within 90 days after your friend completes registration.
- Only the initial deposit or transfer made by your referred friend, which meets the threshold requirements, can be used to earn the cash reward. The reward cannot be earned through cumulative deposits.
Once these steps are completed, both you and your friend will receive a $50 cash reward. For more information, visit the Discover page in the BBAE app and then click Invite Friends.
How do I invite friends?
Go to the Discover page in the BBAE app and click Invite Friends. There, you will see an option to send a QR code, invitation code, or link to your friends.
When will I receive my referral cash reward?
The referral cash reward will be credited to both of your BBAE accounts once the deposit or transfer has fully settled. The cash reward is valid for 60 days from the date of issuance.
Are there any restrictions for withdrawing cash rewards earned through the referral rewards program?
If your friend withdraws or transfers any amount 60 days after receiving the reward, resulting in the remaining deposit amount falling below the earned reward threshold, the reward will be reversed. For instance, if your friend received a $50 reward for a $5,000 deposit and subsequently withdrew $4,500, the reward would be reversed because the remaining deposit amount ($500) falls below the threshold for the $2,500+ reward tier. Consequently, both you and your friend would forfeit your $50 reward. It is also important to note that you are unable to withdraw or transfer the cash reward for a period of 60 days starting from the date of receiving the reward.
